Some Seeds and Brackets Announced for Upcoming Essex County Tournaments

LIVINGSTON, NJ - On Wednesday, Livingston High School’s Director of Athletics Patrick J. Genova sent out an issue of the Lancer Flash News announcing the seeds and brackets for some of the upcoming Essex County Tournaments. The details are listed below:
Boys Volleyball: The Lancers are the number one seed and will be hosting the winner of the West Essex/Millburn game on April 30, at 4 p.m. Read an article on the Thursday, April 24 game HERE.
Softball: The Lancers are the number one seed. While the opponent is uncertain right now, the game is tentatively set for May 3. Read a recent article on the team Here.
Baseball: The Lancers are the number seven seed and will be hosting the Chiefs of Caldwell High School on Saturday, May 3, with the first pitch set for 2:30 p.m. Read a recent article on the team Here.
Girls Lacrosse: The Lancers are the number eight seed. They defeated Millburn in the first round and will play the number one seed, West Essex High School, this Saturday, April 26, at West Essex at 11:00 a.m. Read a recent article on the team Here.
Boys Tennis: Right now, the Lancers are in the semifinals and will play Newark Academy at Branch Brook Park this Saturday, April 26, at 10:30 a.m. Read a recent article on the team Here.

Golf: The Lancer golf team finished in third place in the Essex County Golf Championships that were played on Tuesday, April 22, at Hendricks Field. Read the article HERE.
Girls Track: Next Friday, on May 2, LHS will be hosting the Essex County Relays starting at 3:30 p.m. Almost every high school in Essex County will be competing in the meet.
