September Programs at Roseland Library

ROSELAND, NJ - The Roseland Free Public Library has recently announced its September programs.
Children's Story Times and Learning Centers continue on Tuesday, Sept. 2 with a free demo of the Fairfield-based Twisterz Gymnastics Program at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. for preschool-age children and at 4 p.m. for kids ages five and older.
Also on Tuesday, Sept. 2, the library will begin to accept submissions for the annual bookmark contest through Friday, Sept. 19. Participants will design original art superhero-themed book markers, and the winners' design will be professionally printed and distributed at the library.
Crafty Wednesday returns on Sept. 3 at 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., as kids work on fairytale crafts.
Drop-In Tech Nights will take place Mondays between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. This event will allow guests to get solutions to whatever problems they may be experiencing with their tech devices. No appointment is necessary.
Fall T'ai Chi Chih with accredited instructor Lee Bergman begins on Tuesday, Sept. 9, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., and runs through Tuesday, Nov. 25. Due to Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 4, class will be held on Monday, Nov. 3, just for that week. The entire session costs $84 per participant. For more information, write to email@example.com.
Looking ahead, on Wednesday, Sept. 17, the Roseland Library Book Club will meet at 7:15 p.m. to discuss A Walk in the Woods by Bill Bryson, a vivid description of an attempt to walk the Appalachian Trail. New members are welcome.
Finally, on Monday, Sept. 22, librarian Len Iannaccone will conduct a resume review/critique night starting at 7 p.m. Participants will have a one-on-one 5-minute session with the librarian. Space is limited to 12, timely pre-registration is a must.
