Sept. 23: Peace Rally in the 4th Ward

PATERSON, NJ – The Jumpstart program will be hosting a Peace Rally on Sun., Sept. 23 at 280 12th Avenue.
“We invite you out to embrace all families that have lost their loved ones to tragic deaths,’’ said Jumpstart’s announcement of the event.
The event will run from 2pm to 7 pm and include food, singers and speakers.
Jumpstart said the rally is supported by Assemblyman Benjie Wimberly, City of Paterson Recreation division, Passaic County Sherriff’s Department, Faith Based Organizations, BAND, P.O.W.E.R, CHANGE, Councilwoman Ruby Cotton, former Councilwoman Vera Ames, Councilman Bill McKoy, and Councilman Kenneth McDaniel.
