On 10/15/2012 @ 10:25 AM Officer made a M.V. stop @ North Ave. & Seneca Rd. for a M.V. violation. A check of the driver shows an active warrant out of Dunellen. The driver was arrested, processed and released by Dunellen Municipal Court. Defendant is a Larry Bass 52 year old male from Piscataway.
On 10/17/2012 @ 11:06 AM Officer made a M.V. stop @ Martine Ave. & Midway Ave. for a M.V. violation. A check of the driver shows an active warrant out of Newark. The driver was arrested, processed, posted bail and released. Defendant is a Kenneth Brown 33 year old male from Linden. The Officer also checked the passenger who also has an active warrant out of Union County Sheriff's Office. The passenger was arrested, processed and turned over to Union County Sheriff's Office. Defendant is a Brian Wyatt, Jr. 23 year old male from Linden.
On 10/19/2012 @ 5:50 AM a business in the 80 block of South Ave. reported an attempted burglary to his business. The back door showed signs of forced entry but no entry was gained to the building.
On 10/19/2012 @ 5:40 PM Officer made a M.V. stop in the 300 block of South Ave. for a M.V. violation. A check of the driver shows an active warrant out of Garwood. The driver was arrested, processed and released by Garwood Municipal Court. Defendant is a Jay Williams 42 year old male from Plainfield.
On 10/20/2012 @ 1:16 AM Officer made a M.V. stop in the 100 block of South Ave. for a M.V. violation. A check of the driver shows an active warrant out of Bridgewater. The driver was arrested, processed and released by Bridgewater Municipal Court. The defendant is a Casey Gardner 24 year old male from NorthPlainfield. A check of the passenger shows an active warrant out of Phillipsburg. The passenger was arrested, processed, and turned over to Phillipsburg P.D. Defendant is a Frederick Jackson 21 year old male fromPlainfield.
On 10/20/2012 @ 10:36 PM Officer made a M.V. stop in the 200 block of North Ave. for a M.V. violation. A check of the driver shows an active warrant out of Ocean County Sheriff's Office. The driver was arrested, processed and turned over to the Ocean County Sheriff's Office. Defendant is a Richard Tibbie 40 year old male from Seaside Heights.
