Salvatore Minardi Salon Cut-A-Thon to Benefit Union Beach Memorial School Education Foundation

The world renown Salvatore Minardi Salon, located a 8 Park Avenue, Madison, New Jersey will hold a fund raising cut-a-thon on Wednesday, February 20th to benefit the Union Beach Memorial School Education Foundation.

Union Beach, New Jersey, located on the Raritan Bay was devastated by Superstorm Sandy. In November 2012 the Borough of Madison, under the leadership of Mayor Robert Conley and the Borough Council voted to form a long term partnership with Union Beach to support the rebuilding of all aspects of their community. To date over $80,000.00 in goods and services have been raised by the Madison Community.

Partial proceeds from the Salvatore Minardi cut-a-thon will benefit the Union Beach Memorial School Education Foundation. Union Beach Memorial School was inundated by 3 feet of water during the storm. Students and teachers are currently located in other districts while clean up and rebuilding efforts are under way.

Salon services will be provided for women, men and children (over the age of 7) during the day long February 20th cut- a- thon.
