Salsa, Fresh Bread and Chicken Francese at the Roseland Farmer's Market

ROSELAND, NJ - The Roseland Farmer’s Market is featuring two vendors today available to shoppers as well as a special of the week.
Southwest Soul Salsas and Such bring the southwest flavor up north with their variety of salsas, Pepitas (spiced pumpkin seed snacks) and freshly made, healthy gazpacho.
The Raritan Bakery from Edison, NJ is a locally-owned and -operated family business. They are renowned for their Rye Bread and award-winning Hungarian nut rolls available in flavors such as: prune, poppy, nut, apricot and cheese.
The special of the week features Paolo’s Kitchen offering their Chicken Francese: a boneless breast lightly sautéed with freshly squeezed lemon sauce. All meals at Paolo’s Kitchen are handmade and all natural with no added preservatives, according to www.roselandmarket.org.
The Roseland Farmer’s Market is open rain or shine, every Friday from noon-7:00 p.m. at the corner of Harrison and Roseland Avenues.
