Executive chef Mitchell Altholz has introduced a new Highlawn Pavilion Lunch Menu which includes a fresh selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrees. The mix of light and hearty options, from an Open-Faced Smoked Salmon Sandwich to a Parisian Cobb Salad with Griggstown Chicken, Applewood-Smoked Bacon, an organic Egg, Avocado, and Roquefort cheese are just the latest tempting offerings.
