Saddle Brook Man Shot in 4th Ward

PATERSON, NJ – A 21-year-old man from Saddle Brook was shot in the arm while he was at the corner of Rosa Parks Boulevard and Hamilton Avenue at about 7:30 pm on Sunday evening, police said.
The victim told police he was shot by a man he had met on Hamilton Avenue. But police have not released any information on how they met.
After being shot, the victim drove to the Saddle Brook First Aid Squad, because he was familiar with the area, and was transported to Hackensack Medical Center for treatment from that location, police said. The victim is in stable condition, police said.
