ROSELAND, NJ - On Wednesday, the Williams/Transco Gas compressor station conducted a planned, controlled gas release, also known as a "blow down," at its Roseland facility. The Borough of Roseland had been informed of the release prior to the event.
Mayor John Duthie commented, "Roseland Police Chief Rich McDonough has reported that the scheduled gas venting operation is concluded and the borough has not received any complaints or concerns from the public."
