Real Estate Continuing Education Class Required for License Renewal

Attention all real estate agents – Union County College offers the new courses needed to complete the 12 continuing education courses required for licensure by 2013. Get started now! This is a new requirement for all real estate agents who are looking to renew their licenses in 2013 and the courses must be offered by an approved state provider.   

Union County College is approved to offer the classes in a 12.5 hour program that is comprised of two sessions. Topics covered during the courses includes: Agency, Ethics, License Statutes/Rules, Legal Requirements for Escrow Monies and Financial Record Keeping, Legal Issues, Disclosure, NJ and Federal Environment Laws, and Rules Pertinent to the Practice of Real Estate Brokerage.

Sign up now for your course. This class will be offered on the following dates: January 25 (followed by class on February 1), February 8 (followed by class on February 15), March 1 (followed by class on March 8), and April 5 (followed by class on April 12). Classes will take place on the College’s Cranford campus located at 1033 Springfield Avenue. The tuition for the class is $250.
