Charles Rush and Imam Mohamed El-Filali. Learn basic facts about the Holy Qur’an, considered the ultimate revelation of God by a billion Muslims worldwide. Using a variety of passages, Imam El-Filali will brief you on the origins of the Qur’an and its basic teachings about God, the duty of human beings, justice, compassion, mercy and forgiveness. Dr. Rush will comment on Christian parallels. Tuition for the course is $60 ($50 Interweave Members) and will run for four weeks, meeting on October 5, 12, 19 and 26.
