Prudential New Jersey Properties' New Providence sales associates Steve Polychronopoulos and Michele DiBenedetto will present a free, informational seminar on buying and selling real estate at Berkeley Heights Public Library - located at 290 Plainfield Avenue - on April 22, 7 to 8:30 p.m.

"It is our hope that attendees will walk away with the most up-to-date information available on the market and have an understanding of the processes involved," says Polychronopoulos, who has earned several industry designations - including Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS).

The seminar will address real estate purchasing and selling, homeownership, a review of the current market conditions, as well as essential tips for buyers and sellers in today's real estate environment. Attendees will receive an informational kit, which will include supplemental materials.

Larry Risch - of Home Capital Network - will also be available to answer questions on mortgages, alternative financing options, and credit ratings. In addition, Susan Hayes - a certified interior refiner and owner of Re-Feather You Nest Decorating - will discuss how to best prepare your home in order to sell it and provide information on her Resale-Ready™ Refinement process.

"It's very important in today's market for both buyers and sellers to learn what they can do to strengthen their position, in light of the current housing climate," says DiBenedetto, who is also a trained ABR and CRS professional.

Participants must reserve a seat by calling the library staff at (908) 464-9333. Light refreshments will be served.
