"The victim was walking west on Governor Street when multiple shots were fired from a dark colored SUV, possibly black, which was traveling in the same direction," Murray said. "The victim was transported to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment. Ballistics evidence has been recovered from the scene, and the investigation is continuing at this time."
The victim was in stable condition as of Sunday morning.
