PATERSON, NJ - City detectives early Sunday morning arrested an 18-year-old man wanted on attempted murder charges involving a shooting on September 2.

 

Detectives Dave Tanis & Rolando Polio of the Cease-Fire unit arrested Marc Eason near the corner of 12th Avenue and E. 23rd Street at about 1:15 am, police said.

 

Eason was wanted in connection with a shooting at 10th Avenue & E. 23rd Street that left the victim, a 26-year-old from Lodi,  with a paralyzed right leg. Authorities say the shooting stemmed from an altercation between the two men.
