'Picture This': A Free Poetry Workshop Oct. 18 in Brookside

Members of National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW), West Morris Section, will join Gail Fishman Gerwin of Morristown, a published poet, in an adventure of poetic narration on Thursday, Oct. 18, at 1:30 p.m., at The Art Studio, 2 E. Main St., in Brookside. (Special note: If you’re using GPS, put in 2 E. Main St., Morristown.) The poetry workshop, called "Picture This," uses photos as a springboard for poetic imagination.
Participants are asked to bring a favorite photo or two--or more--to help get their creative juices flowing. The photo should represent a memorable time in the participant’s life. No photos to bring? Bring the photo in your mind.
