Peapack-Gladstone Bank Announces New Hires and Promotions

Alexander Balnicki has been promoted to the position of assistant vice president at Peapack-Gladstone Bank.  Previously, Mr. Balnicki served over 10 years in commercial banking holding positions at Emigrant Savings Bank, Kearney Federal Savings Bank, Spencer Savings Bank and Washington Mutual Bank.  A resident of Bloomfield, New Jersey, Alexander holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Montclair State University and is a licensed New Jersey real estate agent.

Kevin Dandola of Bernardsville, New Jersey has been promoted to the position of assistant vice president and portfolio manager in the wealth management division at Peapack-Gladstone Bank.  Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Roanoke College and joined the Bank in 2010.

Marianne Farnham has been promoted to the position of assistant cashier in Risk-Credit Administration at Peapack-Gladstone Bank.  Mrs. Farnham brings many years’ of experience in the financial services industry to her position, previously serving for 20 years at Bank of America before joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank in 2006.

Warren Ferdinand of has been promoted to the position of assistant cashier at Peapack-Gladstone Bank.  A Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/fraud analyst, Warren has been with the Bank since 2010 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a minor in Business Management.

Tracey Goodroad, the current branch manager at Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s Pottersville branch, has been promoted to the position of vice president.  A resident of Hackettstown, New Jersey, Tracey has over 15 years’ of experience in the financial services industry, joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank in 1999.

Chang Lee, a resident of Jefferson Township, New Jersey, has joined Peapack-Gladstone Bank as vice president, senior financial consultant. Lee will assist in providing personalized client service in investment, retirement and insurance portfolios and financial solutions to suit individualized, specialized financial needs.  Chang brings to the bank 20 years’ of experience in the financial services industry previously serving as financial advisor with Quick and Reilly and Lakeland Bank as well as premier manager with Bank of America and HSBC.  Mr. Lee is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Lafayette College in Easton, PA.  He is an associate member of the Asian Pacific American Lawyer Association of New Jersey.

Anthony Pasculli of Whippany, New Jersey, has been promoted to the position of managing director and trust officer in the wealth management division of Peapack-Gladstone Bank.  Pasculli is a seasoned financial services professional joining the bank in 2003.  Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Penn State University.

Dena Pirigyi has been promoted to the position of assistant cashier at Peapack-Gladstone Bank.  Dena brings to the Bank 11 years’ of financial services experience previously serving as branch manager, retail banking officer at New York Community Bank.  A resident of Sayreville, New Jersey, Dena enjoys spending time with her two daughters.

Michael Joseph Sapio, Jr. the current assistant branch manager at Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s Chatham branch has been promoted to the position of assistant cashier.  A resident of Madison, New Jersey, Michael attended the County College of Morris and was previously employed for 6 years at Bank of America.

Joseph A. Shabrack, the current assistant branch manager of Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s Mendham branch, has been promoted to the position of assistant cashier.  A resident of Hawthorne, New Jersey, Joseph has 11 years’ of experience in retail banking and wealth management formerly holding positions at Atlantic Stewardship Bank, in Hawthorne, NJ; JP Turner & Co., LLC, NY, NY; and HSBC Securities in Rockland County, NY.  Joseph is a youth leader in the Youth Group for Living Word Reformed Church in North Haledon, NJ and is active in the Atlantic Stewardship Bank Inter-Church Softball League for the Sixers.

Rosanne Schwab, a resident of Bridgewater, New Jersey, has been promoted to the position of assistant vice president at Peapack-Gladstone Bank.  Ms. Schwab joined the Bank in 2008 bringing with her 17 years’ of marketing experience.  She is a graduate of Berkeley College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. Rosanne sings with the Somerset Hills Community Choir, Festival Choir of the Diocese of Metuchen and Choir at St. Elizabeth-St.Brigid Church where she also serves as a lector. She is an active supporter of the local communities and volunteer at the Matheny Medical and Educational Center in Peapack, NJ.


Brian Stevens, a resident of Bedminster, New Jersey, has been promoted to the position of assistant vice president at Peapack-Gladstone Bank.  Joining the bank in 2005, Mr. Stevens attended Mount Saint Mary’s College in Maryland and is the current branch manager at the Bank’s Whitehouse location.

Kim Waldron, the current branch manager of the Pluckemin, New Jersey branch of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, has been promoted to vice president.  A resident of Bedminster, Waldron has been in the banking industry for 25 years serving in various branch and customer service capacities at several area banks.  She attended Raritan Valley Community College and actively participates in and supports the Carmelite Society.   Additionally, she is avidly involved in her community giving back as a foster parent to children and animals, providing clothes to women re-entering the work force and annually participating in children’s toy drives during the holidays. She is also a three-time contributor to Locks for Love, an organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada who suffer from long-term medical hair loss.
