Paterson Resident Karon Nevers Arrested for July 30 Shooting Incident

PATERSON, NJ - Paterson Police have arrested city resident Karon Nevers in connection with the July 30 shooting of a man at the corner of 10th Avenue and E. 26th Street that morning.
At the conclusion of an investigation into the shooting by detectives Ed Taylor and Rolando Pulio, Nevers was arrested Tuesday morning at his residence, and is currently in police custody awaiting arraignment. Nevers has been charged with attempted murder and weapons possession.
The victim was shot from behind at 2 a.m. on July 30 and apparently never saw his assailant.
