Paterson Company Faces OSHA Fines

PATERSON, NJ - A Sherman Avenue sponge processing company faces $126,000 in potential penalties for allegedly failing to guard machines and protect workers from electrical hazards, according to a story on northjersey.com.

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced on Monday that it issued citations against Supply Plus NJ Inc. from the results of an inspection in May, the story said.

The company has about 28 workers, according to the story.
