Old Guard Talk on Medicare/Medicaid Fraud

Charles Clarkson will speak at the March 5 meeting of the Summit Old Guard about major fraud issues concerning Medicare and Medicaid. His presentation begins at 10 A.M. at the New Providence Municipal Center. He is a retired corporate attorney that is spending all his efforts informing citizens about the government health programs.
Mr. Clarkson is a New York attorney who was Deputy Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of TLC Beatrice International Holdings, Inc., a multi-billion international food company.
All area 50-plus active men are invited to attend meetings of the Summit Area Old Guard on Tuesday mornings at the New Providence Municipal Center at 360 Elkwood Avenue. A coffee hour starts at 9:15 that is followed by a 10 AM short business meeting. Old Guard members participate in sports, bridge, hikes, trips, plays, concerts and cultural events. Members will travel to Philadelphia in April to visit the newly designed Barnes Museum.
