PATERSON, NJ - City Green is sponsoring its 4th annual Harvest Festival at Eastside Park on Sat., Oct. 27 from 11 am to 3 pm.
The event will feature pumpkin-painting, scarecrow-making, crafts, tatste tests and other activities.
