NNJ-ASTD to discuss personal learning innovations at 10/4 executive breakfast in Murray Hill

Learning leaders can find out how the latest innovations in personal learning can impact their organizations as the Northern New Jersey chapter of the American Society for Training & Development (www.nnjastd.org) hosts an Executive Breakfast on Thursday, Oct. 4, 8-11 a.m. at Alcatel-Lucent, 600-700 Mountain Ave., Murray Hill, NJ 07974.
This is the first of NNJ ASTD’s new series of Learning Leader Forums, designed exclusively for senior talent/learning leaders to share innovations and best practices with world-class speakers and engage in high-level networking. The program will feature a discussion on the latest personal learning tool, led by Victor Agnellini, Alcatel-Lucent Univerity’s Senior Vice President of Learning and Accreditation. Attendees will be able to access customized suggestions and enter a community of professionals for continued and shared learning.
Ron Ashkenas, internationally recognized speaker, author and organizational development consultant, and his colleague Patrice Murphy at Schaffer Consulting will explain how learning & development is accelerating business impact. Participants will also be able to contribute to the outcome with a new audience engagement tool.
