NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ – Pioneer running back CJ Kliesch continued his dominating season, scoring three touchdowns in New Providence’s 42-0 win at Bound Brook on Friday.

He is tied for the team-lead with 12 touchdowns on the year.

The senior captain scored three of the first four touchdowns in the game. His two rushing tallies were sandwiched around a receiving score from quarterback Jack Harvey to Bryan Sherman.

Kliesch added his own receiving touchdown, this one from 63-yards out to put the Pioneers ahead 28-0.

In the third quarter, New Providence defensive back Jeff Doran recovered a fumble in the Bound Brook end zone to go ahead 35-0.

Running back Greg Jester ended the scoring fest with a 50-yard rushing score.

The Pioneers return to action next Saturday when they host Manville at Lieder Field. Kick-off is scheduled for 1 p.m.
