Museum of Early Trades & Crafts Offers Unique Lenape Education Program

The Museum of Early Trades & Crafts is excited to offer a new education program based on the Museum's exhibit, /*Lenape: Tools & Daily Living*/.
The exhibit, Lenape: Tools & Daily Living explores Lenape life prior to European influences. Students will tour the exhibit & learn about how the Lenape lived, worked & played. All attendees will make a Lenape-replica craft to take home. Students will gain a better understanding of what it was like to live in New Jersey as a member of a Lenape tribe.
This program also meets New Jersey Content Standards: 6.1.4.A.9; 6.1.4.B.4,7,8; 6.1.4.D.1, 10, 12, 13, 17, 20; 6.1.8.A.1.a, 4.b; 6.1.8.B.1.a; 6.1.8.C.1.b; 6.1.8.D.1.a, b; 6.1.12.D.2.a
