Today is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, a federal holiday. All government offices are closed, there will be no mail delivery, most banks are closed, the stock market is closed. 

We may have flurries this afternoon, beginning at 1 p.m.  By 9 p.m., there's a chance of snow until midnight. Accumulation 1".

Tuesday through Thursday, we are expected to have VERY COLD temperatures during the day: as low as 13°; -1° with the wind chill.
