The Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce welcomed Lynne’s, a women’s boutique, to its new location at 353 Millburn Avenue in downtown Millburn. Formerly located in West Orange, Lynne’s features a wide selection of women’s clothing for both daytime and special occasions.
