The New Providence Tennis Association, NPTA, is pleased to announce the formation of another new program, the Men’s Doubles League.  The program invites players from intermediate and up to join in league play each Wednesday from 7:30 until 9:00 p.m. at the New Providence Tennis Courts.  The league will run for five weeks from September 26 to October 31.  The last Wednesday, October 31, is a makeup date in case of rain during the season.

Each match is a timed, two set format.  Players may sign up individually or with a partner.  There is no cost to the program except that entrants must be members of the NPTA ($25 annual fee).  The league will be managed by Joe Vinaixa and Ron Ferraris.

If you wish to sign up for the league, send an email with your name, cell phone number, and partner name (or statement that you need a partner) to mdbl@newprovtennis.org.  If you need to become a member too, just include that in your email.

The recently formed NPTA encourages any adult interested in playing tennis to check out our programs found on our website, newprovtennis.org.  By joining one of the programs offered at our newly resurfaced and renovated courts, all levels of players, from beginner through seasoned, will find a playing opportunity that will enhance their game and introduce them to a new community of partners.  If you have questions, send an email to NPTA at info@newprovtennis.com.
