PB&J Stores owner Sara Megletti completed the Eveden Fit Workshop recently held in New York City at the Jacob A. Javits Convention Center on Monday, February 25, 2013.  Megletti received a Certificate of Completion for attending the hands-on class designed to teach lingerie retailers specialty bra fitting methods and to introduce the Eveden product line.  Eveden’s National Fit Specialist Fredericka Zappe led the class of nearly 20 participants who attended a morning session learning about bra design and technology and an abbreviated history of the bra.  The hands-on portion of the workshop required participants to apply the advanced fit techniques by fitting each other under the supervision of the instructors.

“PB&J is planning to open a small lingerie department. We designed our showroom to include a special consultation room just for bra fitting.  This workshop is part of our preparation,” states Megletti.  “Eveden’s workshop was the perfect introduction to understanding specialty bra sizes, proper fit, and technique.  I was surrounded by new retailers as well as lingerie retailers with decades of experience who shared advice about selling lingerie. It was a fascinating look at the lingerie industry.”
