Matthew Riordan PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS Matthew has been practicing physical therapy for over twelve years. He holds a clinical doctorate, is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Matthew has been a leader in the profession by serving as an officer for the American physical therapy Association of New Jersey. He is also been an instructor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is the founder and director of Professional Physical Therapy and Training with offices located within the Madison and Summit YMCA's.
Tina Marinaccio MS RD CPT owner of Health Dynamics LLC, is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with 18 years experience as a nutrition and exercise expert. She provides corporate wellness workshops, individual and group counseling, training and cooking instruction, and teaches at Montclair University.

Thursday, April 24 at Whole Foods Market in Madison at 222 Main Street.
Join Tina Marinaccio and Matthew Riordan as they present:
“Chronic Inflammation, Its Causes and How to Counteract”

Tina will be speaking on the key foods you can incorporate into your diet to counteract that inflammation and help you achieve and maintain a long and healthful life.
