Local Spotswood Family Hosts Halloween Display For Charity

SPOTSWOOD, NJ - A local Spotswood family is again using Halloween as a way to call attention to the homeless and hungry.
Continuing a Halloween tradition, the Ryan family is hosting their annual outdoor display that will be shown on Halloween night. The display is a well-known annual showing, and the Ryan family, husband and wife Brian and Judi, along with their children Jake and Devin, spend a number of days in advance of the holiday setting up their lifelike outdoor setting. The display became so popular over the years that the Ryan's decided it made sense to use their efforts as a way of raising funds and donations for the local food bank in Spotswood, Churches United For People (CUP).
The popularity of the display has grown every year, and the Ryans are very grateful to have received tremendous support from their neighbors, as their location crowds with visitors both walking and driving past their home throughout Halloween night taking a look at the ghouls, goblins, and skeletons all over their front yard.
The Ryans emphasize that the displays might not be suitable for the youngest of children, so they ask parents to use discretion when considering bringing them along.
The display usually starts at around 5:30 p.m., and will continue as long as people visit. To see this amazing display, visit the Ryans on Halloween night at 42 Eaton Ave. in Spotswood.
