SCOTCH PLAINS,NJ - Debbie and Ed Saridaki of Scotch Plains are proud of their daughter Jillian.   After completing her training at Patrick Air Force Base in Cocoa Beach Florida in May, 2^nd Lieutenant Jillian Saridaki reported to Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, California.

Lt. Saridaki is a member of the Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School class of 2000, holds a B/A in History from Western New England College and a M/A in Education from Kean University.  She was commissioned after her Basic Officer’s Training at Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery Alabama in May of 2011.  She has now been assigned as Deputy Director of the Equal Opportunity Office.
