Light Up Your Day with Year of Innovation Discussion at Thomas Edison National Historical Park

WEST ORANGE, NJ - The community is invited to attend the Thomas Edison National Historical Park's latest offering in their Year of Innovation series celebratng the 350th birthday of the state of New Jersey, by attending a free discussion on Thursday, Jan.16 at 6:30 pm and featuring Bob Rosenzweig, President of AAMSCO Lighting and Ferrowatt Antique Reproduction Bulbs.  Rosenzweig will enlighten the community on the history of the incandescent light bulb from the 1880s through the 1920s, offering a unique perspective as a business insider.

Rosenzweig will also bring with him an incredible display of advertising and light bulbs from the period and discuss the history of his family's business, Ferrowatt, which was commandeered by the Nazis, and ultimately returned to the Rosenzweig family, many of whom perished during the Holocaust. 

The program will be held at the Thomas Edison National Historical Park Laboratory Complex at 211 Main St. Seating is limited and reservations are recommended. Reservations can be made by calling
