FANWOOD – The Fanwood Business & Professional Association will present its first Ladies Night Out in Fanwood on Wednesday, July 18, from 6 – 9 p.m.
Nearly two dozen businesses along South Martine and South Avenues will offer special discounts, coupons and other deals.
“We want people to come out and see what’s here in Fanwood,” said Tracy Constandi, vice president of the Fanwood BPA, and co-owner, with her husband, of Frank’s Auto Repair. “It’s a chance for those not familiar with Fanwood to see all that it has to offer – plus, it’s important to support the local merchants.”
She said Fanwood business owners want to show off Fanwood as a shopping destination.
“And that will only get better with the development downtown, which will bring in new businesses,” Constandi said.
This special shopping night is coupled with a Tricky Tray of more than 30 donated prizes to be raffled off at the end of the evening. Every $1 spent on the evening of July 18 at participating merchants will earn a raffle ticket which might win one of the prizes.
Childcare is available from 6-9 pm at The Goddard School, 324 South Avenue, Fanwood.
