KC’s Korner’s Fishing Tale

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – Looking like deckhands from the Black Pearl, the crew from KC’s Korner took the Captain John out of Keyport on Thursday to do some fluke fishing. It is rumored, Walter Kurilew and his crew at KC’s Korner were giving it one last crack to try and get a break-through in The Alternative Press of South Plainfield’s best fish photo contest.
According to Kurilew “Charlie Hoppe and Jerry Tanzola were able to bag some large fish, and they did it without going to Restaurant Depot.” “Brian Disch was able to land his first fillet in years, without having it served to him by Denise,” said Kurliew.
The KC’s Crew consisted of Walter Kurilew, Charlie Hoppe, Brian Disch, Jerry Tanzola and Cheri Tanzola. They caught a number of keepers and spent the latter half of the week cooking up a storm.
Later in the week, Sal Esposito and Robert D’Amico tried their luck in hopes of getting the big one for the TAP fish photo contest. “D' Amico claimed he reeled in something that had more than just bait on it, until he produces the photo I don’t believe it,” said Kurilew.
TAP into South Plainfield’s fish photo contest ends Monday evening when the fireworks start over Spring Lake Park. There is still one more day to send a photo with your fishing tale to Darlene Cullen at email@example.com.
