PASSAIC, NJ - Still playing without their star sophomore guard, Alphonso Gee, the John F. Kennedy boys basketball team needed a second-half rally to defeat Passaic, 59-47, on Tuesday.

The Knights fell behind, 22-11, after one quarter and still trailed by nine at halftime before unleashing a rally in the second half. Over the last two quarters, JFK outscored the home team, 30-9, to win going away.

Jevon Rawl led JFK (11-8) with 14 points and Aalim Jones scored 13 points in the victory. Jamier Taylor contributed 11 points in the victory.
