MADISON, NJ - Jassi Singh, 44, owner of the Begum Palace Restaurant in Madison, has died.
According to Carmela Moeller of the Madison Rotary Club, Singh was a very popular restaurateur, participating in many Madison functions like the Taste of Madison, The Rotary Family Festival, and Bottle Hill Day.
He leaves behind his wife, Raj, and their two children, ages 17 and 10.
