Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. is pleased to announce that Jane J. Felton has joined Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C.’s Complex Civil Litigation Department.
Ms. Felton has more than 12 years experience in complex commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes, contract cases, real estate litigation, financial services cases and First Amendment matters. She has conducted all aspects of discovery, negotiations, mediations, trials and appeals. Skoloff & Wolfe looks forward to Ms. Felton contributing her talents to its growing Complex Civil Litigation Department, which complements the Family Law and Real Estate Valuation Litigation (Property Tax and Eminent Domain) practice groups.
Previously, Ms. Felton served as Counsel in the complex commercial litigation practice of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis, where she served regional, national and international clients. Ms. Felton received her undergraduate degree from Tufts University and her law degree from the University of Southern California Law School. Ms. Felton resides in Highland Park, New Jersey.
