Interweave Opens Fall Season!

Interweave, an interfaith community learning center in Summit, is pleased to launch its fall season with an exciting line-up of events!
Dances of Universal Peace, which uses chanting, simple music and movement as a powerful form of group meditation and prayer, will be led by André Bernard on Friday evening September 7 at 7:30 p.m. at Interweave in the Parish House of Calvary Episcopal Church, 31 Woodland Avenue, Summit. The cost is $10.
On Saturday, September 15, learn more about the Interweave experience at Interweave Sampler, an Open House that will highlight a few of our fall classes and events, including Threads of Consciousness: a Creative Writing Course and Exploring the Archetypal World of the Fairy Tale, and more! 10:30 am-12:30 pm at the Parish House of Calvary Episcopal Church, 31 Woodland Avenue, Summit. Free and open to the public.
On Saturday, September 19, learn more about Mind, Body and the Tao: Tai Chi and Qigong. Sometimes described as “meditation in motion,” the slow, gentle movements of Tai Chi promote serentiy-connecting mind and body. 10:00 am to 12:30 pm at Interweave in the Parish House of Calvary Episcopal Church, 31 Woodland Avenue, Summit. The cost is $40 ($30 for Interweave members).
