Injured Firefighter Gets $17,010 in Workers Comp

PATERSON, NJ - Firefighter Andrew Ackerman will get a $17,010 workers compensation settlment because he hurt his knee while walking in the kitchen of a city firehouse, according to a city council resolution.

The council approved the payment Tuesday night.
