Infernos Light Up Berkeley Heights with Classic Hits

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - Music lovers from all over Union Country came to the Berkeley Heights Summer Concert Series where the wildly poplar band The Infernos performed.
Their dazzling performance captivated the crowd of 800 concert-goers with familiar melodies like Marvin Gaye’s “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough,” Pharrell’s “Happy” and Bing Crosby’s “Pennies from Heaven. The Infernos exhibited notable energy, dancing and singing with apparent passion. The audience members were singing, clapping and dancing along to the music all night long.
One of the highlights of the night was when lead singer Kenny Simmons came out into the crowd to sing and dance with audience members. The enthusiastic crowd was extremely impressed by the band and the Infernos kept the crowd wanting more.
When walking through the audience, one could hear an overwhelming amount of positive comments about the band and the event in general. Groups such as the YMCA and the Rotary Club were in attendance at the concert to represent the town.
The Concert in the Park Series is sponsored all season long by Suburban Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Berkeley Heights, Berkeley Aquatics and the Special Events Committee. Sponsoring the Inferno show was the Berkeley Heights YMCA.
