ANY OTHER INFORMATION: Officer Kraus stopped a vehicle for speeding. The front passenger was Lane. Officer Kraus questioned the driver outside of the vehicle then went to question Lane. When Lane opened the door, Officer Kraus saw the glass pipe with marijuana in the bowl. When Lane was arrested he had 6 empty heroin folds in his pocket. Lane was arrested after stating the pipe in the car was his. He was taken to headquarters processed and later released.
These charges are merely an accusation. "The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty"
