ANY OTHER INFORMATION: Officer Kraus saw a vehicle speeding on Lakeside Blvd. When Officer Kraus stopped the driver he saw blunt wrappers in the center console of the vehicle. Candidio was the front seat passenger. Upon further investigation a wax fold suspected to be heroin was found in the vehicle. Candido told the police it was his. There were also needles in the vehicle but Candido and the female driver had needle exchange cards. Candido was arrested, taken to headquarters, processed, charged and later released.
