ANY OTHER INFORMATION: At 5:13 am a resident in the 20 block of Jefferson Trail called the police to report that he saw someone in his vehicle at 1:27 am .  He stated he saw a male exiting his new pickup truck that was parked in his driveway.  The male is described as 6 feet tall, around 200lbs, wearing a black jacket, black wool hat, black gloves and dark colored jeans.  When the owner looked out the window the male fled towards Company 4 firehouse.  The owner did not call because, "He did not want to bother the police".  He was assured by Officer Snyder that we are not bothered and to please call us.  The paperwork that comes with the truck was taken out of the glove box and put on top of his dashboard.  Nothing was in the truck to take.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Hopatcong Police.
