ANY OTHER INFORMATION: Officer Lotito saw a vehicle go through a stop sign at Stanford and Northwestern Trail. When he apprached the driver he could smell the strong odor of burnt marijuana from within the vehicle. He saw a ziplock bag of marijuana on the floor between the two front seats. The driver and two passengers were removed from the vehicle. It was found that the marijuana belonged to the driver. He was arrested, taken to headquarters, processed, charged on juvenile complaints and later released to a family member.
