There’s Always Something Happening at Libretti’s in Orange
Libretti’s in Orange is accepting reservations for Easter Sunday. Serving dinner from: 1 to 8 p.m., look forward to the regular Menu featuring Easter Specials. While there, please check out Libretti’s private banquet room, and the lively Lounge. Slip out of a busy week and into a great weekend with the music of Frank Sinatra, the late Whitney Houston, and even Barry Manilow. It all happens at the lively Lounge. From 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. 
Some Kitchen Wisdom from Uncle George at Libretti’s. To retain the color green, add a pinch of sugar while cooking spinach and green leafy vegetables; No "curly" bacon for breakfast when you dip it into cold water before frying; When working with dough, don't flour your hands, coat them with olive oil to prevent sticking. Easter Brunch at Moonshine Supper Club
Proprietor Victor Delapa announces his new Sunday Brunch Menu on Easter Sunday, March 31st. Prepared by Moonshine Supper Club Executive Chef Klaus Kronsteiner Brunch will begin at 11:30 a.m. and last until 4 p.m.
The Prefix Menu will feature: Appetizers: Yogurt Parfait, Jumbo Lump Crab Salad with green apples, tomatoes and avocado; Roasted golden beet salad; Salad Frisee, with bleu cheese, bacon lardons, and poached egg. Entrees: Traditional Eggs Benedict, Atlantic Salmon with Chorizo, Sweet potatoes and olives; Wild Mushroom Risotto, and Crepes with Lemon Mascarpone, seasonal berries and vanilla sauce, Cost: $17.00  per person, (excluding tax and gratuity, coffee, tea, beverages, and Brunch cocktails.  Moonshine Supper Club, 55 Main Street, Millburn.
