Nine year old Summit resident, Oliver Sweeney, was the winner of Carter V, a life size Dalmatian, at the “Friends of the Firetruck” booth at the Summit Classic/Antique Car Show on Sunday, September 16. “Friends of the Firetruck" is a community campaign raising money to build a structure to house the city's 1927 Seagrave Chemical Engine on the grounds of the Carter House, home of the Summit Historical Society, 90 Butler Parkway.
