Free Support From Plenary Technology
As part of our efforts to give back to the community that supports us, we are offering free technical support to job seekers who are unemployed and financially strapped.
We expect people will be honorable and not take advantage of this offer unless they truly need it to help in your employment procurement.
This offer is only for persons that are unemployed and seeking work; in a bind financially; residents of northern NJ
Only issues that affect your ability to get a job will be addressed. Problems with iTunes? Sorry, no help for you here. But if you can’t print your resume, are having email problems or anything else that is preventing you from getting a job, we’re here to help.
Support is first come, first serve.
We will try to fit your request into our schedule as quickly as possible. We will do our very best to get to you within one business day.
If we can fix a problem remotely, great! If not, we ask that you bring the machine to us. If we have a technician in your area we will do our best to meet you at a convenient location.
If you need hardware or software for any reason we will charge you only our cost – no markup.
