Free Running Clinics Offered at the Y

The Berkeley Heights YMCA and Summit YMCA will hold running clinics for novice runners in preparation for the Mother’s Day 5K, run/walk to take place on Sunday, May 12, 9 a.m. at the Connell Corporate Center, Berkeley Heights. The Mother’s Day 5K is a benefit for the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a free cancer recovery and support program. Free running clinics set for Thursday, March 21, 7:15 p.m. at the Summit YMCA, and Tuesday, March 26, 7:15 p.m. at the Berkeley Heights YMCA, will be led by Dr. DeFabio, a chiropractor based in Berkeley Heights.
