WESTFIELD, N.J. — May 9, 2012 Actively promoting local businesses through community giveaways, 365 Things To Do In Westfield has partnered with the Westfield Symphony Orchestra and Ana Beall’s Tea Room on the latest “Support Westfield” free giveaway, a decadent day of local dining and live performance for a lucky party of four.
“Westfield Night on the Town” will feature dining for four at Ana Beall’s Tea Room in Westfield and four tickets to a live musical performance of SIMPLE GIFTS, the Westfield Symphony Orchestra’s final performance of the season to be held on Sunday, May 20, 2012 at the Westfield Presbyterian Church.
SIMPLE GIFTS, under the direction of Maestro David Wroe, will present pioneering American themes, musical landscapes, spiritual journeys and supreme orchestral sounds featuring works by Aaron Copland and Ludwig Van Beethoven. The Westfield Symphony Orchestra is a premier, fully professional, symphony orchestra. Founded in 1983, WSO has grown to become New Jersey’s second largest professional orchestra, having a presence throughout the cultural communities of New Jersey, and appearing as far as NYC’s Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall on a regular basis.
