On 02/15/2013 @ 7:58 AM Officer made a M.V. stop @ Martine Ave. & Pleasant Ave. for a M.V. violation. A check of the driver shows an active warrant out of Newark. The driver was arrested, processed, posted bail and released. Defendant is a Jamil Powell 23 year old male from Newark.
