On 07/03/2012 @ 4:17 PM Officers responded to a disorderly person call in the area of the 50 block of Third Street. Upon Officers arrival they located the person. A check of this person shows an active warrant out of Bergen County Sheriffs Department. He was arrested, processed and turned over to Bergen County Sheriff's Department. Defendant is a Alexander Guzman 32 year old male from North Bergen.
 
On 07/05/2012 @ 12:57 PM Officer made a M.V. stop in the 40 block of South Ave. for a M.V. violation. A check of the driver shows an active warrant out of Union County Superior Court. The driver was arrested, processed and turned over to Union County Sheriff's Office. Defendant is a Steve Heyliger 44 year old male from Plainfield.
 
Between 07/03/2012 & 07/05/2012 a business in the 30 block of South Ave. reported Landscape equipment was stolen. Value is $ 5,000.00.
 
Between 06/06/2012 & 07/06/2012 a business in the 10 block of South Ave. reported an unknown person removed used cooking oil from the property. The value is unknown.
 
Between 07/05/2012 @ 11:00 PM & 07/06/2012 @ 6:30 AM a resident in the 30 block of Maclennan Place reported criminal mischief to her parked vehicle.
 
On 07/07/2012 @ 1:46 AM Officer made a M.V. stop @ Midway & Shasta Pass for a M.V. violation. A check of the driver shows an active warrant out of Guttenberg. the driver was arrested, processed, posted bail and released. Defendant is a Tandria Faulkner 27 year old female from Rosedale, N.Y.
 
On 07/07/2012 Officer took a report of a stolen street sign from Forest Road Park. he value of the sign is $ 100.00.
 
On 07/09/2012 @ 9:03 AM Officer made a M.V. stop @ Midway Ave. & Russell Rd. for a M.V. violation. A check of the driver shows an active warrant out of Westfield. The driver was arrested, processed, posted bail and released. Defendant is a Darryl Massey 46 year old male from Linden.
